As recommended by ACE: Study.com: Business 312 Advanced Operations Management Study.com: English 305 Advanced Technical Writing (Study.com has said they are hoping to have more approved as UL by ACE soon.) Sophia: Project Management Penn Foster has several courses that are recommended by ACE for Upper Level credit. There are probably others.
I don't know what the future holds, but I know Who holds the future.

Straigherline has an UL Accounting class. Shmoop has a 2 credit UL Geometry course. Some TECEP tests might be UL. Penn Foster has a handful- Employee Benefits, Evidence, Organizational Behavior, etc...Statistics.com has a number of UL as well. Uexcel has about 2 dozen UL exams (many have a Study.com course that goes with it).

SL's UL Accounting course is only available as UL at TESU, so if you're at another school, it probably won't be considered UL. Many of the TECEP's are UL. You need to let us know which school, and what kinds of UL courses you need.

I'm attending University of Maryland University College and need 1 Writing, and 1 History to finish out my Gen Ed credits. I just need these to be Upper Level so I can hit my total UL credits completed. The rest are all in the Major requirements and I need to take those at UMUC to complete residency requirements.

Writing might be a difficult requirement to meet via testing. The ACE Guide is here ACE CREDIT | The National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training Check and see if Penn Foster has either, that would be self paced. I know University of Idaho and CSU-Pueblo have self paced courses that should fit the bill at $450 or so each....those are just RA credit not ACE, wide transferability.

They have accepted every single ACE credit I've submitted to them. I have 76 Transfer credits with them right now and their max accepted for transfer credits at the Undergrad level is 90 credits.

Study.com's Advanced Tech Writing is UL, and then you can do any of the DSST history exams (Civil War, Vietnam War or Soviet Union). Nothing else that I know of is UL for writing or history.
