Sorry but I don't know the answer to your question, but your academic advisor should. It depends on which school you are going to or plan on going to as to what exams are accepted in lieu of specific classes - there are certainly commonalities as to how schools arrange these equivalencies, but I have seen enough differences to take nothing for granted!
Perhaps if you post your school info, someone else on this board might know the answer (if it is one of the Big 3), but talking with an academic advisor is probably your best bet just to be sure.
