AP English Comp Exam Equates to How Many Credits at TESC?

Hi All,

I took the AP English Comp exam in high school and received a passing score. Since it was over 4 years ago, I've had to write to have the transcript forwarded to TESC. Just wondering if anyone knows how many credits the exam equates to and if it counts toward English Composition I and II?

P.S. - Sorry for the many threads of late, but questions continue to come to me as I work on putting together a degree plan and this board has been extremely helpful, so I love getting the input of members.

You'll get an official answer from TESC, but I'm 99% sure your score of 4 will be 6 credits and cover both ENG101 and ENG102

Thanks for taking the time to respond, Jennifer. I have a phone appointment with the advising department tomorrow, so hopefully they'll be able to confirm (unless they have to wait until receiving the official transcript to do so). Either way, fingers crossed.
