I think you should "rock on" and learn at least some chords…because according to the Tom Petty sound "Into the great wide open"… "The Sky was (is) the limit!"

I played violin as a child and was good enough to keep playing the rest of my life. I gave up because my guardian parent was a violent alcoholic and life was always my fault. I learned to lie, cheat, and steal...after getting out of the service I almost worked for the CIA, a job I wish I had taken. I now have almost 27 years at Boeing and I have calmed down considerably even though I still have that little engine that could inside of me. I own several guitars, but have never learned to play...yet!

It's sunny and 70 degrees all 365.25 days a year where I work. The closest outside window is over a quarter mile away. I work in a REALLY BIG building.

I'm looking into getting my Automotive Service Excellence certifications again. After 31 years of working on aircraft I would like to be able to have some pride in what I do. I've always worked on cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and now aircraft, but it's the cars, trucks, and motorcycles that I really love to work on.

It's one of the more well-known and well-regarded in the country. Competition is fierce. It would be quite the accomplishment, though!

I have two years, four months, and seven days to go until retirement. I am going to take the DSST Technical Writing test next.
