Ready to Get Down to Business? | Harvard Extension School

Harvard HBx is offering for credit business course for undergrad 8 credits transferable to the extension school or elsewhere. It costs about $450 per credit and is about 12 weeks long.

This may be of interest to someone pursuing a degree at the extension school.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

I don't understand the cost of this. Current rack rate at HES is $337. Yet these are significantly more expensive. Are you paying for a format change or some sort of transfer magic? Can't quite figure this one out.

Hmmm......could be that these are masters level but that would be silly since the intent isn't to apply them that way.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this).  Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

I'm guessing because of the mooc format? You do get an acceleration advantage in that you complete almost three classes worth of work in one class.

EDIT: I was going to mention that it looked like tuition went up, but that's before I realized the extension school courses are 4 credits.
