@OP:
I don't know of an accredited college off the top of my head, but Straighterline has ACE-accredited courses which you may be able to transfer in to another college: Chemistry I, Intro to Bio, and Calculus II (Online College Courses For Credits Towards Your Degree | StraighterLine) and your finals are all proctored online with ProctorU (Real People. Real Proctoring. - Online Proctoring - ProctorU).
+1 on using Straighterline, the cost of all thoses courses combined will be less than the $1500 you budgeted for this summer. There are other options, but this is the better option. If you would like to just test out of with an online proctor at home, ProctorU and similar services are the way to go. If you want to save more and have great study/testing skill sets, then you may try Saylor Academy.
Note: Not all college/university courses offered by Saylor are evaluated by ACE or NCCRS.
Even with their recommendations for credit, about 3500 schools accept them.
For Saylor and Straighterline, Make sure yours does too and you are all set.

Hey everyone thanks for all your help! I have looked into the ProctorU and it looks very promising but now if any of you guys know where they offer self-paced courses that'd be great!

Good stuff, so just to make sure we're on the same page, ProctorU doesn't have classes, they just monitor you taking exams. The self paced courses mentioned are mainly classes from Saylor and Straighterline, APU/AMU. Another option would be Study.com and JumpCourse. If you are OK with studying yourself or viewing text/videos, these are gold.

I am still confused about this last one, as ProctorU monitoring is done entirely online at your home or place as long as you have a stable internet connection, you are in good shape to do your testing at home instead of finding a proctor an hour away from you.

However I don't know his actual situation and maybe transportation is an issue as well. Anyway, it's reason enough to prefer other options.
P.S. It does work much better when people simply describe their situation rather than ask for what they think they need. Of course I run into this all the time as a software engineer:
Them: "How do I fix the Thingamajig?"
Me: "Why do you think the Thingamajig is broken?"

I think the clarification being sought is why one can take online courses but not online proctoring, unrelated to distance from brick-and-mortar proctoring.

I think at this point, we've figured out that the OP can take an online course AND use an online proctor, he/she just did not know that online proctoring was an option.

Which university are you studying at? What degree are you wanting to complete?
After going through this thread, do you know which school you are interested in?
There's no need to create a second thread. You're going to get repetitive answers.
The main thing is having your university take the courses as transfer credit.
If your university is like many others, it may take ACE recommended courses for credit.
If that is the case, Saylor, Straighterline, Study.com and APU/AMU would fit nicely.
So, please tell us where you're studying at and we will try to answer your question.
Thanks,
