Yes, I've come to this conclusion too. I've decided to just focus on our high school and target some critical AP tests in math and science areas. SAT/ACT and AP tests are the ones that universities in EU seem to recognize and accept from US students, so we'd be better off just making sure we have those bases covered. Tuition is free in France (minor fees), so costs are going to be less of an issue than here, even though they'll have living expenses to handle.
I'm pleased though that I checked into the possibility of an Associates Degree though. Otherwise it would have been something always at the back of my mind. Thanks for all your comments. It's certainly helped me come to a more realistic plan!
