Newbie looking for efficient path to bachelors degree

Hi, I have been searching for some help in determining the most efficient path to completing my Bachelors degree. The degree field does not matter as much as just completing it in the most efficient way possible. Your guidance is greatly appreciated. I have sent in my Transcript to WGU and was considering them but they only accepted 33 credits. I was wondering if there is a school that would take more of my credits? I recently heard about UMPI and was wondering if they would be a better option.

Age: 50
What kind of degree do you want?: Any degree to be able to fill the bachelors degree requirement at my place of work.
Budget: I'd like to go the most efficient route possible. (cheap but fast will work too if not too expensive as I will have to pay up front before getting reimbursed)
Commitments: I have a couple toddlers and work full time and can work on my studies part time and in the evenings/weekends.
Dedicated time to study: I estimate I can study at least 3 hours on weeknights and up to 6 hours on Weekends
Timeline: Finishing the courses required for the degree as fast as possible is what I ideally want to do.  I would like to finish within 12 to 18 months
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: I can get Tuition reimbursement of up to 5000 a year that comes with a 2 year commitment to remain with my employer. My employer no longer has a list of schools (they used to) so I will have to reach out to them once I have picked a school as the school will have to be on their approved list. 

I would like to think I am a pretty good test taker but have not tested myself recently. I hear competency based education is the way to go from coworkers that have moved on once they have obtained their degrees from WGU. I have worked in IT for over 10 years now. The last major tests I took and passed were the ITIL Foundations exam back in 2012 and some Spanish CLEP exams in 2015.

I would look at the BAAS Organizational Leadership program at TAMUC

All of your electronics classes should fit into their elective portion of the program.
I started with an Associates from a community college also, and it took me less than a year to complete the Bachelor's degree.

A few of us are actually graduating this weekend in Commerce!

The cost of the program is $750 per 7 week semester, and you can accelerate during that time and complete multiple classes.

@Santi, Welcome to the board, that's a good intro post with the addendum, template, and extra info people like to read, in order to get the full overview of your situation. To recap, you've already got the balanced mix/match trifecta of certs, degree, experience and want to ladder those two Associates into a Bachelors.

First option is TAMUC, since that's an in-state public/state institution, there are multiple BAAS and a BGS stream if you wanted to ladder into those competency based degree programs, there are residency credit requirements of roughly 25% of the degree. From a quick glance, you've got most of what they need.

Second choice would be UMPI, they'll also take roughly 75% transfer of 90 credits, just like TAMUC, you can transfer your credits, but at most, 90 will go into your degree of choice. They're also a public/state institution, but they're in Maine, the cost is going to be $1500/session, you may need two sessions to finish.

Third choice would be TESU, they take 114 credits, you need lesser Upper Level credits than UMPI/TAMUC, but it may take you slightly longer and more expensive than the other two. I would review the degree choices, the one better for you most likely would be the BALS without a concentration to max your transfers.
