Hello,
I'm still waiting on my transfer credit transcript evaluation to be completed, but in the meantime I have been absorbing as much information on these forums as possible.
So after learning that you can't work on 2 degree's at the same time. You have to finish 1 and then to do another, take another 30 credits with UMPI. I have decided on first doing BLS with a dual minor in Management and Education Studies. Then after that degree is done, I will sign up with UMPI again to take classes to earn a BABA with Management and Leadership concentration (plus whatever else to equal at least 30 credits).
Does anyone know if UMPI will accept the following CLEP / DSST exams for transfer into the following courses?
CLEP:
Principles of Marketing - BUS 330: Marketing Management
DSST:
Human Resource Management - BUS 321: Human Resource Management
Foundations of Education - EDU 153: Foundations of Education
Organizational Behavior - BUS 335: Organizational Behavior
I will ask of course once they message me about the official transcript review being complete, but if anyone knew for sure, I could get a leg up by working on them sooner.
I'm also hoping that they will count a lot of my ACE credits toward the Educaton minor course requirements. They don't have the exact name, but are very similar. And I am a Certified Postsecondary Instructor, so hopefully I'm only left with having to take EDU 357: Childrens Literature, and EDU 287: Teach Students with Special Needs.
I know I posted it on the other thread I made, but after changing my plan based on peoples comments, I'll post my previous credits.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to input!!!
And I'm currently working on Sophia Learning: Spanish 1, and Intro to Sociology.
