Complete Fee Schedule for Undergraduate Programs, and not the section with descriptions but a listing towards the end of the
ECE Registration and Information user's guide, list a new Excelsior College Examination (ECE) in Basic Genetics, BIOX 250.
It's listed as offering 3 semester hours of lower-level credit, costing $95, and lasting two hours, with the online practice available for $25.
The main ECE exams page doesn't list this yet. I imagine release is anticipated sometime in the 2012-13 academic year.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

That's cool. I wonder if it would be reasonable to see more options in courses like organic chemistry and biochemistry.

The Genetics ECE, BIOX 250, has gone live. I am looking into taking it as I need a Biology course to fill a prerequisite for Grad School Admission. Has anyone looked into this exam? No listing on the specific feedback forum yet. Just curious if there might be someone on the forum who has taken this. It is listed as genetics for the non-biology major so I am hoping that indicates it is less technical than their Pathophysiology or Microbiology exams. The text and course syllabus are on the Excelsior site and I have looked at those, now I am interested in specific feedback. Has anyone signed up for this ECE yet?
