Seems doubtful. I've been using an REA general test guide from 2004 and it's still helpful (hard, but helpful).
They like to turn out new versions of stuff every year so that people will buy the new versions. It would be worth it, though, if the practice questions changed. Perhaps someone with both guides can fill us in.
