Struggling with Analyzing & Interpreting Literature

As for spending 6 months studying for the test, honestly I think it would be a better use of my time to just enroll in the course with the school.
i was hoping to spend a month, maybe two on the subject.

It's incredible the amount of effort you put in to pass your classes. That pile of books is daunting.

Now, I didn't say study for 6 months- I said read for 6 months so you don't have to study Smile

I have made some progress and feel a little more comfortable. I'm still having difficultly knowing what is going on in poetry that is over a hundred years or so old.

I figure I will give this another week or so, before I abandon it if no more progress is made and switch over to English Lit.

Just wanted to thank everyone.

If it's not too late, have you thought of trying a five-day free trial with Study.com? They have 78 x 8 minute videos for A & I Lit, 107 x 8 minute videos for American Lit, and 114 x 8 minute videos for English Lit. If they'll let you try the Premium Edition, you'll get videos, transcripts, practice quizzes and tests. I wouldn't be surprised if you aced the A & I Lit CLEP if you followed this strategy in conjunction with InstantCert.

That's a good idea thank you.
I've been thinking about holding off on this test for a while and reading while I can on the subject.
In the mean time looking at taking CLEP English Comp and DANTES Tech Writing.

I will look at this later today. Smile
