Thank you Sanantone. I checked with EC and i was told that this will meet Natural Science requirement. Now I have one more option - Straighterline 'ENV 101 - Introduction to Environmental Science'. Can anyone tell me which one would be easier and quick?

That is really dependent on you. The SL course has 4 exams, a midterm and a final, all open book that you can do in the comfort of your home.
The DSST will require at minimum a few days of dedicated study time. And set up an appointment with your testing center.
DSST is more widely accepted then SL; you could always take the DSST and use SL as a backup if things go poorly.
