My "I'm Done" Thread
#1
Big Grin
Last night I finished my last class. I've already applied for graduation at TESU and paid the residency waiver fee. It feels great finally not to have to study any more. I've been following and reading this form several times a week since the beginning of the year and would definitely say I couldn't have done it without this forum.

I haven't posted much here because I've been so busy with work, studying and posting on my website, but I plan to do so more going forward. I specifically want to give a shoutout to forum users bricabrac, sanantone, cookderosa, drfrecore, and bjcheung77.

Going forward, I plan to study for and take the GMAT and most likely do a part-time brick and mortar MBA program (There are some very good ones in Charlotte, NC). Also, I plan to continue to post on my website www.oneyearbachelor.com to hopefully help others.

Thanks again to this community. A year ago, I didn't even know this was possible and I'm already done. I couldn't have done it without you.

Thanks everyone! I haven't done a final tally on cost, but it'll be around $5100 I think. At TESU I spent $75 on application fee, $1800 residency waiver, $323 graduation fee, $117 for Capstone TECEP, so $2315.

Did you have some kind of "partnership pricing" with TESU?  $2315 seems inexpensive even for the Big 3?

Glad you were able to test out of the TESU capstone!  Too bad others in the future can't?  Even with the TESU additional $1500 new online Capstone requirements its a great deal for someone who needs a BS in Business.  Thanks for sharing.

Did passing the Capstone with a 70% hurt your TESU GPA?

I doubt that it did, since OP took the TECEP before it was retired. Unless I'm mistaken and TECEPS offer letter grades.
