Musings on the Terms "Woke" and "DEI" as applied to Vice President Kamala Harris

As previously stated, to me "DEI" is simply what we used to call Equal Opportunity. For years I've seen people referred to as the "Equal Opportunity" selection. It was wrong. Just as it's wrong to refer to the Vice President as the "DEI Candidate.' I think it's wrong to try to hurl "DEI" as an insult. Really how can Diversity, Equity, and  Inclusion not be a good thing?

"Woke" is not a new term. For decades black Americans have used the term to recognize those who are aware of racial prejudice and injustice. The term has apparently been adopted by otherers. I do not understand why people hurl the term "woke" as an insult. We should all be alert to racial prejudice and injustice!

I agree with Congressman Frost on this issue. It's just not productive to make up these racist dog whistles. It should be simply enough to address every crazy liberal/globalist policy she has supported.

The point I’ve made through all of those experiences is that anti-Asian racism has the same source as anti-Black racism: white supremacy. So when a Black person attacks an Asian person, the encounter is fueled perhaps by racism, but very specifically by white supremacy. White supremacy does not require a white person to perpetuate it.

maybe we should encourage learning, maybe we should make more after school programs and weekend programs to hep minority students succeed, maybe require parents to actually show up on parent teacher night, maybe actually enforce discipline in school so that those minority students that actually want to learn can

[Distance Education related] I recall when John Bear was a big proponent of the Edinburgh Business School -Heriot-Watt University.
A big selling point was the ease of entering the program- The challenge was passing the examinations of the program.

When treated fairly minority students do quite well at the world's most prestigious universities.

Absolutely ridiculous. The lies of CNN and Fox both are what led to an attempted assassination of the former President, lets be real. 

A crook? Kamala Harris kept an innocent BLACK man (and probably more) in prison and on death row, after receiving evidence of their innocence. 

Lets not pick and choose based off overly politicized legal issues, because one of them was the target of a political witch hunt and the other kept an innocent man on death row and withheld evidence to ensure he remained there in fear of looking ignorant...(a little late now)

Overall, Kamala will pick which race she wants to identify with based off where she is in the United States and the population she is pandering to. Thats all there is to it, and the sad thing is people are drinking the kool-aide and not even thinking for themselves.
