Hi! This question has probably been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything on the forum.
Is it possible to get more than 120 credits listed on my TESU transcript? I might end up completing more free elective credits than required to graduate and I wonder if those extra courses will end up on the final transcript or not, given I complete them before graduation.

I don't believe that will happen. If 120 is what your Bachelor's is calling for, then 120 will be transcribed.
However, there are some possibilities for getting around this:
1. Apply those credits towards a related Associate's degree
2. Apply those credits towards a related Undergraduate Certificate
3. Pay a $300 credit banking fee

Thank you! I see. In that case, on a related note, is it possible to choose which courses will get transcribed towards my degree?

terryd5150 is incorrect.
EVERY credit you take/transfer in will be on the transcript. The transcript doesn't break it down by those credits applying to your degree and those that don't - it just lists every credit broken down by where you took them - so mine has 1 section for each school I went to (3 CC's and 1 4yr), 1 for ACE credit, 1 for DSST credit, 1 for CLEP credit, and 1 for NCCRS credit - with all of the courses I took at each place listed. Then there's a breakdown of the credits I have at TESU by term. The TECEP's aren't indicated as TECEP's, they just have a CR for the ones I passed - the ones I did not take have W's, the one I didn't pass has a W, and then there's just a grade for my Capstone.
It does list my total credits at the bottom, and I have 129cr (and only 120cr required for my degree).
BTW - this is common, I've seen MANY transcripts, and all of them generally list test credits first (like AP and CLEP), then transfer credits by school, and then the credits you've taken at the school with grades.

Awesome, thank you! Every, as in, presumably, including duplicate credits?

I'm not sure about that one, I didn't have any duplicate credits. But I do know that duplicates are put on the eval, so...

What is the policy at COSC on this?

They listed 138 credits on mine for whatever reason (COSC). Excess credit made it on there.
Since I'm a big Misfits fan, that's actually pretty cool. "We are 138, we are 138, we aaarrreeeee 138!"

Thanks, was everything included: ACE, CLEP and other credits? Basically like TESU, w/ everything grouped by source.
