I was researching cheap sources of 4 year regionally accredited upper level computer science credit, and stumbled upon MicroMasters programs available on edX which offer lots of grad-level credit at bargain price:
-
Software Testing and Verification at UMGC (12 credits)
-
Cloud Computing at UMGC (12 credits)
-
Software Development at UBC (25% of master's degree, Australia)
To my understanding, it's acceptable to substitute graduate credit for upper-level undergrad credit. Does anyone know how feasible it is to a) get a transcript with these credits upon completion of MicroMasters degree and b) actually apply this credit towards bachelor's degree at TESU? Also, are transcribed courses graded?

I don't know for sure, but you could probably get them admitted with a PLA/portfolio assessment if nothing else. TESU being TESU, they might put it in as just one or two classes if they accept it at all. Still potentially cheaper than a TESU class, but not by much.

This came as part of my alumni email - (don't know if it counts UL or LL)
TESU Will Offer Credit for edX MicroBachelors
Program
edX.org announced recently three new credit-backed MicroBachelors
programs with an average cost per credit of $166. Thomas Edison State University has completed its review and will now offer college credit for a New York University Tandon School of Engineering’s MicroBachelors
program in Computer Science Fundamentals offered through edX.org.

This one
comes as COS-104, so it's LL.

Here's a new one under review that would probably come in as COS-241 Data Structures

In theory, this should work, but getting details is like pulling teeth. I tried to find out about this to apply some credits to an MBA program I am in. I contacted two schools, one on edX and another on Coursera. I was never able to get the final details about the cost for the courses in order to receive credit.
