I also sent this as a PM.

Marshall,

I am glad you could finish the NFA course so quickly.

How many open AP credits do you have left to fill for your associates degree ? If you are looking to finish it fast, FEMA's may be the way to go.

They are pricey through Fredricks CC but more reasonable through Clackamus CC.

If interested check out the info here :

PS: Clackamus allows 18 courses per semester. If you completed 5 fema courses it would give you 3* semester hour credits for $150 (*as Clackamus reports on qtr hour basis) http://depts.clackamas.edu/crimjust/emreg-overview.pdf

If you were to look at the 3 credits as replacing one 3 credit exam( or course) the cost works out to $150 for 3 credits, a bit more then the clep or dsst but weighed against not having to go to a test center, and the speed at which they can be completed, it might be worth it. It is also definitely cheaper then 1 Excelsior Courses.

Hey Peace123...

I thought about using my FEMA credits through FCC & Clackamus but after I ran the numbers...it really didn't make financial sense to spend that kind of money when I could earn the same credits by taking CLEP or DSST exams.
