It's normally at least 4-6 weeks after the session ends. It seems to take a bit longer with the session that ends in May and summer sessions. The entire college graduates in May so they have far more students to get through. They're also on summer hours so they're off Fridays. The folks who handle graduation also work on 2 campuses.
