I finished my TESU BALS in humanities degree with a 2.3 GPA. I know most MBA programs require a 2.5 to get accepted without a GRE. Are there any programs that will accept students 100%? Should I just go back to TESU and take a couple easy classes to boost the GPA?

There are so many schools that will accept anyone, you couldn't list them all. And some, who have automatic enrollment with a certain GPA, will let you take 1-3 graduate-level courses to "prove" that you're up to the task, and if you do well, they'll enroll you.

WGU does not have a GPA requirement.
For their MBA they do require the following; (they want work experience over GPA or undergrad major)
- A transcript verifying receipt of your bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited institution.
- A resume demonstrating at least three years of significant experience in business, industry, or a nonprofit organization.
Amberton - MSHRB
TESU - ASNSM/BSBA

Harvard Extension will admit you after taking 3 or four courses through them. They don't have an MBA but do have a Management degree.

Can anyone give me a layout of each program. Are there any MBA or M.S. degrees that are mostly papers and don’t have exams or have very little exams

I go to WGU in the MS-Management & Leadership program. It overlaps with the MBA by almost half of the courses, but here is the breakdown of the program I'm in:
C200: Managing Organizations & Leading People (2 writing tasks, no exam)
C201: Business Acumen (1 exam only)
C202: Managing Human Capital (1 exam only)
C203: Becoming an Effective Leader (2 writing tasks, no exam)
C204: Management Communication (2 tasks, 1 is a paper and the other is a Panopto presentation with a short paper)
C205: Leading Teams (2 tasks: THIS INCLUDES A GROUP PROJECT, I recommend starting sooner rather than later because they only start on the first week of each month and takes approx. 5 weeks. Also, two written papers to submit)
C206: Ethical Leadership (3 writing tasks, no exam)
C207: Data-Driven Decision Making (2 written tasks and 1 exam)
C208: Change Management & Innovation (1 writing task, 1 exam)
C209: Strategic Management (2 writing tasks)
C210: MSML Capstone (4 tasks total, I hear there is group work involved in this also but I haven’t gotten there yet)
TL;DR - There are only four exams in this program but a lot of papers, multimedia presentations, etc. Nothing unmanageable if you're familiar with the CBE model. From what I've gathered, the MBA program has a few more exams and fewer writing tasks.
WGU - BS Business, HR - Completed September 2017
