MAOL questions

I have 2 more classes out of the 11 needed to complete this upcoming session for my business administration focusing in supply chain management and I intend to do a 3rd to maximize undergrad transfer into MAOL.  It is my understanding I can be conditionally approved for the following session in august, after august session, would I need to have my letter of recommendation ready or do I need it before? I have heard classes have been changed to reduce writing intensity can someone shed light on what page requirements look like now? In my UMPI undergrad classes I've had to reduce material in my essays, generally by half before submitting a draft to align with requirements. Lastly, I've gotten 4's on everything besides the BUS 325 test I got an 89%, but I had a 2.3/4.0 at community college, plus Sophia,study, etc etc could this prevent me doing the MAOL? I had 18 credits there and academically improved my last semester spring 2022.
