You already have a career and experience so the best thing for you would be an MBA. MBA's aren't focused on one specific area of business such as the MS in Digital Marketing from WGU would be. If you want to move up the corporate ladder, the MBA is your best option for promotion.

I absolutely agree. It’s def more broad and versatile. Especially if goals change. OP also mentioned possibly starting their own agency. MBA great for entrepreneurs.

So, an MBA with marketing concentration maybe? I was also considering going amd getting a second bachelor's degree from UMPI as well. Maybe BABA M&L.

Here's the thing, people overthink too much on what they need/want and the goal posts move too much... You're pretty well rounded already with the BOG AAS emphasis in Graphic Design, BLS minors in Management & Political Science. Heck, if you wanted, you could just add the UMPI AALS and forget it... I would skip the BABA M&L in favor of the MAOL for a little more. After that is done, you can go for the MBA at HAU or if you prefer competency based, WGU would do the trick.
What I see you try to do is similar to this, you're really wanting to hit too many boxes when there isn't a need to (just like me, I love learning and keep going for UK Level 7/ENEB, extra certs that may help me in the future, etc). You want to get to your goal cheaper, easier, faster, even though you want that extra ROI/Value with the second Bachelors, it's not required for entry into the Masters. You should personalize your future goals and go for those...
My proposal for you again, if it's within your budget, time, or energy level... Do the MAOL, then WGU MBA as it has ACBSP. You will be well versed in multiple areas, Graphic Design/Marketing and Management/Organizational Leadership, plus anything in between those areas, you're laddering your Associates upwards to the Bachelors, then cementing your knowledge with the MAOL/MBA combo. Skip the redundant BABA M&L unless you have learning/knowledge gaps or have issues with retaining information like I do, I need to re-learn things because of memory issues...

Yes this educational goal thing can be addicting. Too bad it wasn’t when I was 20.

You don't need a concentration with an MBA. Many universities don't have concentrations with MBAs. You already have years of experience in marketing so there's no need for a concentration in something you have experience in. You would probably have a higher ROI if you did a concentration in something you don't have experience in.
I wouldn't waste the time or money on a second bachelor's degree. It'll be meaningless once you have a master's. I speak from experience!

I think a general MBA is suffice. Concentrations are usually just three courses so I don’t think it means much to recruiters. I may be wrong though.

WGU MSML and mba have me intrigued. I’ve read that At least 2 people on here did the MSML in 2 months. UMPI MaOL is more ‘work’ so to speak the way I understand , Probably a 4 term program.
A masters in anything that can be done in 4-6 months for under $5k is worth it imo.

@Pats20. Yes, depending on the student and what they want, I think the best ROI/Value is exactly that... HAU MBA for $3K, UMPI MAOL for $4300 (if one can finish in 2 sessions), WGU MSML or MBA at $4955/6 months are very good choices. People can do a mix/match if they wanted a combo of degrees and if it's within budget, time, etc...

Wow, this is all amazing advice! I truly appreciate all of you for helping me narrow this down. I definitely agree about being addicted to learning haha...it's a problem (albeit a good one)
