I had well over 100cr's on my ACE transcript from various providers. I took these courses 3 years ago and primarily used shmoop to obtain my Bachelors at TESU. I used an old college email for my ACE login and many of the providers I signed up with. I no longer have access to this email because it's been (x) amount of time since I've been enrolled. I keep emailing Acclaim and they never give me a clear path on how to reclaim those credits on my transcript. I have also Straighterline, institutes, study.com, ALEKS, and couple other providers. I put my old email address on acclaim to associate but there's no way to verify it. Any suggestions?

You may have to go back and contact each provider, but that sounds like a big headache.

Yeah, I think you're right. I know shmoops emailed me before and said they'd provide a list of courses I took but are no longer ACE accredited and don't have access to the ACE system anymore to help me. I know I've seen people say that Shmoop courses have mysteriously appeared on their acclaim but I'm wondering if that's because the email associated with those courses was verified on their acclaim account. At this point, it's not a huge deal since I already used those credits to get a bachelors but I'd prefer to have them since I worked so hard to accumulate those credits.
