Prerequisites: Introduction to Business, Principles of Management (BUS 110), Marketing (MKT 301), and Corporate Finance (FIN 310).
Objective: The course objective is to introduce the environmental influences in international business through the study of cultural, environmental, economic, political, legal, financial, and socioeconomic forces and how they impact business practices.
Learning Outcome: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to discuss theories of and influences on international trade; identify cultural forces and values; summarize how environmental, political, economic, and socioeconomic factors relate to business; discuss labor and employment factors that affect productivity and profitability; explain methods for entering the international market; explain the decision-making process among parent and subsidiary units of an international company; explain the difference between domestic and international marketing; describe the challenges of staffing overseas offices; and identify the major challenges of international accounting.
Instruction: This is a distance delivered course. Major topics covered in the course are the nature of international business and cooperation among nations; international environmental forces; and the organizational environment. Methods of instruction include online self-study, discussion board postings, online class participation, lesson exams, and a proctored final exam.
Credit Recommendation: In the lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in International Business (3/11).

The above referenced course is only ACE recommended for lower level credit, and probably won't help you much. The following are some self paced courses that meet the requirements (all are upper level except the Penn Foster course):

Thank you for your responses. I got approval to take Int'l Business from Penn Foster to fulfill global Business.
I have another and your help would be appreciated again. Looking for Project Management.

I inquired this week with Excelsior about Penn Foster courses that fulfill the Project Management requirement and was told that their are no Penn Foster courses that fulfill that requirement. If you find out something different please post it.
And thanks for letting us know about them approving International Business. I will need to fulfill that requirement and will be asking them to approve that course, so knowing they have already approved it for Global Business is helpful.

From what it looks like, The CSU-Pueblo class for Project/Operations management or the TESC exam are the best bet.
