These appear to be typical EdX and Coursera courses which are typically free unless you would like to get the certificate of completion.

With the exception of the last one which is technically part of WGU's Microbachhelor on edx which is really expensive at full price and only worth 1 course if transcripted through TESU.

No I think it and the other courses are just free to audit. For the WGU one, you'd have to complete all 3 of the courses included in the microbach, which would equate to a single 3 credit course if transcribed through TESU and costing around $499 at full price.
