Liberal Studies evaluation in Germany - Europe

Does anybody know how a bachelor of Liberal Studies is evaluated in Germany?
As far as I could find ANABIN does not appear to have any information on a Liberal Studies degree.

I checked ANABIN and only found a B.A. in liberal studies from the country (Liberia). But in Germany some universities offer Bachelor in General Studies for those who have not decided their major, I guess this might be their match.
