Hello everyone,
I have a question about the ACEI Comprehensive Report (course-by-course) that costs $205. I've recently completed the Discrete Mathematics course through Metropolia's Non-Stop program. I've also completed the Intercultural Competences course and IVGC (Introduction to VideoGames Creation) credits through XAMK's Non-Stop program. I've already purchased an ACEI evaluation specifically for my IVCG credits, which I understand needed to be submitted separately, but I have not yet obtained an ACEI evaluation for the Intercultural Competences course.
I am considering enrolling in more courses through both Metropolia and XAMK's Non-Stop programs. My question is: do I need to get a new $205 ACEI evaluation for each new course I take at Metropolia and each new course at XAMK? I've read the "fees" section on the ACEI website multiple times, but English isn't my first language, so I'm not 100% sure I understand the wording.
Can anyone clarify whether a single $205 ACEI evaluation can be applied to multiple courses from the same institution, or if each individual course requires its own separate ACEI evaluation at the full $205 cost?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Each transcript is a separate fee.
One transcript can have 1 course or it can have dozens.
Example:
Complete Metropolia's Discrete Math course.
Have it evaluated: fee.
Complete Metropolia's Finnish 1.
Have it evaluated: fee.
Complete Metropolia's TikTok marketing course.
Have it evaluated: fee.
OR
Complete Discrete Math.
Wait.
Complete Finnish 1.
Wait.
Complete TikTok Marketing.
Have all 3 courses evaluated on one transcript: one single $200 fee.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Thank you for the explanation and example. Just to make 100% sure, does the same approach apply to XAMK's Non-Stop courses as well? For instance, if I complete both the Intercultural Competences course and the Fundamentals of Strategic Management course, can I have them both evaluated under a single transcript and pay just one fee? Or would they require separate evaluations and fees?

Yes, the same applies. XAMK is one transcript and Metropolia is one transcript.
Also, I believe that if you evaluate a XAMK transcript and then evaluate a Metropolia transcript (or Metropolia and then XAMK), the first transcript is $200 and the second is $100. So it'd be $300 to evaluate 2 transcripts instead of $400. I could be mistaken about that, however.

I see, thank you so much for answering and explaining. About the cost, I'm not sure either, but should I find out that the total cost for evaluating both a XAMK and a Metropolia transcript is indeed $300 rather than $400, I'll be sure to update this thread. Thank you again!

" I've already purchased an ACEI evaluation specifically for my IVCG credits, which I understand needed to be submitted separately."
This is not true. Your IVCG credits were not supposed to be submitted separately.
The single XAMK transcript with the IVCG credits and the Intercultural Competences course is what you were supposed to send. Now you would have to pay again for a separate evaluation of your XAMK transcript just for the Intercultural Competences course. This is really a shame since it is an expensive mistake.

To clarify, I finished and submitted my IVCG credits quite some time before I took the Intercultural Competences course. Naturally, this led me to submit them separately. When I initially posted my question, I was under the impression that each course needed its own transcript and separate evaluation fee. This is what I meant by 'which I understand needed to be submitted separately,' and as I mentioned earlier, English is not my first language. Because I had doubts about this impression, I posted this thread to ask the question. I'm thankful for the explanation I received and now understand that separate transcripts and fees for each course are not necessary.

@OP, Are you going for a foreign cert/diploma or something? There isn't much you can do now, get all the credits you need from each institution, and send them in for evaluation. If you're going to be taking a few more courses, you want to wait for everything to be completed before you submit an academic evaluation of your foreign credits.
