June graduation

I was told by an academic adviser that I had until may 28th to turn in my last ace transcript for June graduation so I could finish a couple courses. I emailed the registrars office to see if they'd honor my last shmoop credits which I submitted on 4/6/18 and to see when they'd complete an evaluation with those credits so I can see what I have left outstanding for graduation. The registrars office ended up honoring those credits but stated that i'm not eligible for June graduation because I have one study.com (3cr) course pending on my evaluation and that they would roll me over to September graduation. I called academic advising and they said that I should still be okay to graduate in June if I submit my last study.com transcript before may 28th. The course is also completed and I plan on submitted it to TESU tomorrow afternoon.

I'm concerned that the registrars office and academic advising have differing views on deadlines and what's acceptable. I think the registrars office completed my graduation evaluation early and never gave me a deadline to submit my last transcript. They just automatically rolled me over to September graduation.

I emailed the registrars office and told them what academic advising told me and I haven't heard anything back yet.

The registrar's office would be the ones who ultimately decide. I would say the 28th is cutting it really close. Don't forget that Study.com seems to be snail mailing their transcripts and any deadline TESU gives is going to mean they RECEIVE it by that time.

I'll have study.com send the final transcript to TESU tomorrow and hope that it arrives sometime next week. I spoke to someone in the registrars office a couple minutes ago and they told me to double check tomorrow but they haven't conferred the degrees yet so theoretically there is still time to get the transcripts in. My plan was to start WGU MBA in august so it doesn't make a huge difference but I would prefer to be conferred so I can start in august as opposed to October. Generally whats the latest date you've heard? I should have sent the transcript earlier but someone in academic advising told me 5/28 is the last grad eval so I wasn't overly concerned.

Good news, they confirmed the date academic advising gave me.
