Is studying the Peterson practice Questions a waste of time?
#1
I am prepping to take Principles of Management. I have read through the IC  flashcards but am not doing well on my Petersons test. Should I take the time to really learn those practice test questions or would that just be a waste of time?

I recently took Principles of Management, and I 100% recommend going back through the questions you missed, googling the answers, and taking the time to understand why you got them wrong. I can't tell you how many times I only knew the answers on test-day because I back-checked my practice tests. It's worth the time invested.

Peterson's has been around a LONG time. They were my "go to" practice test for EVERY exam I took at TESU. I suggest studying the questions you missed, but don't expect to see exact duplicates.
Still, remember that all the exams are different, there could be thousands of questions in the test bank. As a rule, you should be doing "better" with each new practice test. Trending upward, that's a good thing.

I didn't use Petersons for Principles of Management but I have used them for several other CLEPS and found them to be more closely aligned with the actual exam than other practice test options.

I would highly recommend going through the Peterson's test questions! Peterson's has always been my number 1 resource when taking CLEPs, and they have been invaluable! A lot of times (not all the time), their questions are harder than the real test, so if you do well on the Peterson's, you'll do well on the CLEP. As a good rule, I always told myself that if I got at least a 60% on the Peterson's, I would most likely be ready to take the CLEP.

I highly recommend using Petersons Practice tests. Having used them on all of my CLEPs I have found them to be very similar to the format on the exam as well as comprehensively covering most material. Good luck!
