I have been studying for about two weeks and I want to make sure I'm ready. I will take the exam tomorrow. Also, really haven't studied the performing arts section am I in trouble?
Is instantcert flashcards and the rea humanities study guide enough to pass?

Check the specific exam feedback section - I'm sure you'll find a lot of info there.

I didn't use the IC flashcards, but I used some that were comparable. They were helpful, but not sufficent on their own. The REA guide was a good start, too, but I wouldn't rely entirely on it. I posted some resource and things you should know here ---> http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior-tho...post136712

Take some practice tests—if you score well on them, you should be ready for the real CLEP. The Official Clep Study Guide's PT is very accurate and helpful.

If you're talking about the 140 question Humanities CLEP I found no one source of studying would have helped my (I scored 56 testing on it Tuesday).
I used the old Comex VHS lectures (dated from 1992 and probably a little out of date), Peterson's (until I could score in the 90's on all 3 practice exams), the Quizlet website, and reading Wikipedia for hours on poets, artists, famous movies, authors, genres, Shakespeare (good to be very familiar with Shakespeare). Of three people who tested recently (me one of them), one failed with 49, one passed with 54, and I scored 56. It's a tough test and you need to expose yourself to as much testing material as possible. All the sources I mentioned above helped but now that I've tested if I had relied on only one I probably wouldn't have passed. Prepare well and victory will be yours.
