I read that entire article, and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere which ISO certification they were going for?

AACSB accreditation was never really worth much by itself, except perhaps for CPA licensure. This change basically reflects AACSB's evolution from being a primarily US-based organization to one with a global footprint and focus.
It doesn't really make sense to maintain ties with the US-centric CHEA when all of their American schools have regional accreditation anyway.
