Hi,
I've tested Intermediate Algebra on ALEKS. Does this test work like CLEP? With all the questions I answered, I'm 100% sure I got them right, but I scored a 58%. Was it because of the time? I want to know why I didn't get a higher score.
Please help.

I bet this was the initial assessment you were given and scored 58%. This means that you have only mastered 58% topics in Intermediate Algebra. You need to go to your Pie and learn a few more topics. Check your progress report as you learn the topics to see what percentage you have mastered. Think ALEKS gives an assessment after every 10 topics (not sure) so you will get one and once you score 70% or more you are done. Alternatively, you can learn a few more topics, then go to your Master Account and request for an assessment. If you score 70% and above you have passed and can request for ACE credit.

Just keep plugging away...it's a nightmare but stick with it - 58% is a pretty decent start. You should be done in another 6-8 hours or so in the program.
