Check out the exam specific thread for your CLEP/DSST and make sure you study the topics mentioned there even if they aren't on the flashcards. Between the two, there's only been one or two tests (out of the 40+ I've taken) that I felt IC wasn't enough for.

I just passed the old version of Introduction to Business using only IC, Wikipedia, and the study guide DSST puts out. I got a 62.

I passed Intro to Business Law using the flashcards and peterson tests as my only tools for studying.

Passed Substance Abuse and Fundamentals of Counseling with IC alone. I studied the questions as well as the info given in the answer explanation or answer rational on the cards.
