Advice on Capstone

That's great news, it's nice being healthy and ready to knock out whatever other requirements you may need to get that capstone done. I only have one suggestion is to keep your focus on doing specific sections completed well before their deadlines. You've got this my friend!

I suggest posting your research question and subquestions here for some feedback. Our mentor didnt have the best feedback and some people got super lost about 3 weeks in. If you post them here then people can maybe give some feedback and help you refine them. Getting a good start on your questions is key....
making sure you have research-ABLE questions.

These are all such helpful suggestions and ideas. I called TESU this morning and learned that I have until August to take another class in order to keep my catalog, soooo...

Why am I adding the stress of something that is a self-imposed deadline? I wanted to graduate in June but I’ve waited 35 years to do this.... I want to do it well and right now I’m a foggy, shallow-breathing, grateful-to-be-alive mess.

Somebody mentioned work stress and while I’m self employed, I have a bread and butter client — but they haven’t gotten any attention since mid-December so it’s no guarantee they will behave while the Capstone unfolds.

I just withdrew and am looking forward to enjoying the Capstone when this whole thing is in my rear view mirror.

PS: I would have said the dental work was great but the patient almost didn’t make it... but today I’m seeing a local dentist b/c something is wrong with one of the extraction sites (trust me, you don’t want he details... bleh). So dental work perhaps not so great. I was under for too many hours.,, something that wouldn’t be done in the US... When I called the (seemingly high quality, highly recommended) MX dentist, they did not want to hear it nor did they have anything to say to even acknowledge what I was telling them. All this to say that if all goes well, it can be a heck of a savings. But if there’s a problem, there’s no accountability. This has been such a lesson.

I’d like my research question to explore power vs empowerment... I know, needs work!
