On this page in the syllabus where it discusses the grading.... Does this mean Exam #3 does not count or is this a typo?

Yes, it's a typo. I would take your time to maximize the learning, review, and month membership before you take the final...

Are the quizes and exams multiple choice like the other courses on ICC or will an international keyboard needed to be setup to type on answers?

The exam questions are multiple choice and include both reading and listening. Installing the Spanish keyboard helps when typing responses for each lesson's exercises, though.

Anyone have issues with the listening questions on the exams? I'm specifically on exam 2, and all of the listening questions the answers only said Choice A, B, C, D.
I took a screenshot hoping someone might be able to help me out. I still got a 74, and that included half of these listening questions just guessing Choice A :/
I made sure my adblock was on, but didn't see anything else on these forums with a quick search!

That is really weird. I don't remember anyone else mentioning anything similar.

I logged on just to answer this. Yes, it was that way for me. The choices are outlined in the audio-in Spanish.

On some - but not all - of the 'listening' questions, after you have heard the question, you have to keep hitting play to hear all of the possible answers. At least, that was my experience. I think that this may be what you have come up against.
