I'm very nervous because this is my first CLEP. There are two things that make me scared to death; test taking and going to the dentist for a rootcanal. The last test I took was the Georgia real estate license exam. I passed the exam; however, I had a hard time getting past the first question -What is your name? I was so nervous, I had to think about it. LOL

We all have had that feeling and it is something you will only take control of by actually taking so many tests that they don't bother you any more
You are about to become addicted to the CLEP and DSSTs. Think of it this way...if you sit in a classroom you take test after test. This way you prepare and take only one -- save the money and time -- and still get the credits. This should put a smile on YOUR face.
All kidding aside -- GOOD LUCK!

This is dead on. I've taken so many that all the test givers know me, what my degree path is, and other personal details because I've been there so many times. I'm also used to taking this type of test so I no longer have the jitters like I did on my first try. You can calm yourself down....you are in control of your mind and body....just keep telling yourself that you are in control. Also, don't underestimate the calming powers of deep breaths...it's old school but it works. Good luck! cheersmate
