I have Instantcert, but no access to the specific exam feedback

I bought Instantcart last week and sent out a few e-mails with no response. How can I get access to that part of the forum? Thanks

Did you see the directions when you attempt to select the Specific Exam Feedback forum? Here is what it says:
If you're already an InstantCert member and do not have access, then you NEED to go to Sign in to InstantCert Academy. AFTER you log in, you will be prompted for your FORUM username and password.

I am having the same problem and nothing is working. I am finding the forums stressful because I constantly have to sign in with a user name and password every few minutes. I hope the flashcards on here are better than the technical issues in the forums.

I haven't seen an email from either ChargersFan117 or jcmash. Please make sure you're sending to webmaster@instantcert.com and include your InstantCert username so that I can look up your subscription.

jcmash: if you're getting logged out constantly, make sure your browser's cookies are enabled and that you're checking the "Remember Me" checkbox when you log into the discussion forum.

Can someone please help me? I cannot find the specific exam feedback. I e mail instacert and was told it was under the "off Topic" section. On my computer screen, there is nothing under the off topic section. I am a paying member. I would love to have access to this area.

When you are at this screen (http://www.degreeforum.net/forum.php), you should see 5 categories of forums:
General Education and Testing Discussion
Excelsior, Thomas Edison, and Charter Oak Specific Discussion
Military Discussion
Off Topic
