I will taking the test next Thursday and would greatly benefit from any tips or suggestion that have been helpful to you. Right now I am reading and typing notes for anything that seems to be important and then immediately reviewing the notes and then doing the flash cards on here. Any tips?

I took this yesterday and passed with a 63. It isn't all that bad. here's where they placed most of the weight on the test.
Piaget's Stage Theory (heavy) Vygotsky's Sociocultural theory (heavy) Infant Cognition, sensation and perceptual abilities (heavy) Classical Conditioning The different IQ tests and how they're scored Kohlberg's moral development theory (heavy) If you know those things well you'll pass. What are you scoring on the Practice tests?

Thanks for the info though, I will greatly benefit from that I'm sure. I am doing all of the flashcards as many times as I can to increase my general knowledge.

I did another practice test and scored a 52. That is the highest so far, so I am a little worried. Are the practice tests supposed to be harder than the actual test?

I take this next week. Been reading for a month and it doesn't seem that I have took anything in. Going to try this instantcert and see how it goes. I will let you know how it goes.

If you are members, remember to sign in again and go to the Specific Exam Feedback thread. Then Google everything suggested. Allow enough time for this as you may find this the most important stuff to review.

on the practice test go back and read the explanations even for the ones you got right this can help. Specific exam feedback is a must have google or Wiki anythig you don't know from what is suggested.
The practice test are usually a little harder, but I still like to get in the 60% range to feel more comfortable on the real thing.
