How to stop logging me out
#1
It logs me out after a short period and when I log back in it resets all my status so I have to click 5 times to get back into it and can't resume where I left off

Please tell me how to disable auto logout

Are you talking about a study site like straighterline or are you talking about this forum?

If it is this forum, just click the "remember me" button when you are logging in.

Do you have some sort of cookie blocker, maybe? This site usually remembers I'm logged in for weeks.

When I refresh the page, I'm logged in again, not sure what's happening on your screen but seems it's a browser setting.
1) Do make sure you check or select the remember me option
2) In your internet options, verify the internet security is set to medium or medium high (not too high it blocks all cookies)
3) Don't run a cleanup of your Chrome/Firefox or Internet Explore that often

I do a cleanup of my computer very often and defrag it as well, I also run ccleaner.exe which clears all browser settings.
If you do have an application such as that, disable it from auto running on a schedule, run it when you need to.
Basically, I run it when I want to (the same as disk cleanup), I only set the defrag on a weekly schedule.
Lastly, check your antivirus/firewall application if you have one installed for blocking features, disable the cookie blocking.
