How to find the military clep study guides!

I'm new but old. Through digging beyond old stuff I found a thread about a site used for military personnel to study for the clep I can't remember the site and someone posted a visitor login. Honestly spending as much time as I did to find it the first time took serious amounts of boredom of which now I have none, time to get on the ball if anyone can help.

The only one I know of is DOD Libraries just register with your information.
