How much has changed since the last year?

I just abandon my project of getting my degree online last year because of lack of motivation and other issues...

But the ghost of being so good in my profession without a degree came back again.

I just want to know how much did everything change since i stop checking the forum every day.

Is COSC still acepts international students?
Are Saylor credits still acepted?
Is there any new thing that i specially needs to know?

If I recall correctly you were planning on a BSBA from COSC. I'm sure someone will chime in on the recent changes, but here is a recent post that can help you - course credits that are currently FREE from Sophia; due to the coronavirus crisis they are offering a generous amount of courses for free.

To get them for FREE you need to sign up before July 31, 2020 (curretnly) but you do not have to finish them by that time. There are posts about how you postpone/delay the start date -

On July 1st, COSC will only accept 90 ACE credits from partner sources. We don't know who those are. You can still bring in credits from RA sources.

TESU and Excelsior don't have that (yet).

Well, you can earn the 90 transfer credits any way you like, and online ACE options abound. However, you will need to transfer in at least 24 RA credits in addition to the 2 mandatory courses at COSC (2 courses).

If you already have 24 RA credits, from COSC or elsewhere, then that is all you need. If you don't have any RA credits then you will need to take college courses somewhere to get up to 24 semester hours of transfer credit. That, or find another school. If you don't want (or don't have) local community colleges options, there are RA colleges that offer online classes, but not too many options for self-paced courses.

So, you can still do the degree completely online starting at 0 credits if you earn at least 24 semester-hour credits from an RA school that offers online classes. Everything else can still be done online with ACE courses and the cornerstone and capstone taken from COSC directly.

As international student i think this change complicated everything a little bit.

COSC credits fees are excessively high, i will keep checking other souce of RA credits online anyway...

Depending on what degree you're wanting, ASU has "earned admissions" credits available for $99 per class right now.

Yes, but it is going to be harder to meet the requirements now. They still take up to 114 transfer credits towards their degrees, but you need to have at least 24 semester-hours worth of incoming transfer credits built up already. Those can be foreign credits that have been evaluated and approved by COSC or credits earned from another RA college. If you don't have those, then COSC is probably not a good choice.

This change means COSC is much less desirable for most people on this forum for sure. Personally, I don't consider them part of the "Big 3" any longer. I think of it as the "Big 2.5", with COSC only being in there as a 0.5 because they still accept up to 114 credits--but only for people who've already earned close to a year of credit elsewhere.

Luckily, you can still transfer in 113 ACE credits towards a degree at EC and transfer up to 114 credits towards a degree at TESU. Neither of those schools require RA transfer credits, so they are both good options for anyone starting from scratch (or with few transfer credits) whether they are international students or not.

The main reason i always looks at COSC was because as foreigner, they are the only ones who don't ask for the TOEFL exam as part of the requests, because taking this exam is an issue for me...

In the other hand TESU fees was always something high for me... at least based in the research i made one year ago; things changes a lot now.
