I applied last month after completing all degree requirements.

6-8 weeks after your last session ends. If you complete all requirements and apply for graduation in Summer I, you'll get your degree in Summer II or at the beginning of Fall I. It depends on how busy they are.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I think it’s very different for each individual. It took 4 weeks for my degree to be conferred and that was at spring II term when all traditional students were also graduating. It took roughly another 4 weeks to get the parchment email for my diploma.

Lately, it's been taking 6-8 weeks after grades are posted for the session for degrees to be conferred. Grades are due 1 week after the session ends. When you apply for graduation doesn't really have anything to do with when your degree confers. There's a whole process to conferring degrees behind the scenes. Each applicant is manually reviewed to confirm that they have completed the requirements of the degree program. It's a time consuming process.

It really depends on how busy they are and how many staff they have dedicated to getting your conferral completed... Summer sessions are the busiest as many staff take their vacation then, you'll be lucky if there are 'half staff' to complete these requests. It will come through eventually, it's going to be a test of your patience... The main thing is, verify all requirements are completed and email them for an update if any.

There's 1 person who confers degrees. Yes, 1 single person does this. That's it. Everything in the summer takes longer as the staff is working on reduced hours and UMPI is closed on Fridays. Then there's a great deal of vacation taken.

Do you happen to know about when you applied for graduation? I'm hoping my conferral happens soon too!

Wow, that was 'fast', haha... great thing you applied last month sometime, so it did take the initial two/three weeks I mentioned, and they did it on a Friday night/Saturday (depending where you are in the world).
