You should know that grad schools (and maybe others) are going to want the transcript directly from Mid America, so it wouldn't matter how the school you transfer them into lists them.
I'm not really trying to minimize your concerns, they may be quite legitimate. However, you should know that very few people will EVER look at your transcript, and most of those won't scrutinze it down to the last course. The list of places that will need a transcript is pretty much, grad schools you apply to, licensing boards (like for a CPA), and maybe a very rare employer or government program (not really likely). You are going to Mid America Christian University identified much more with the school that issued your degree. If someone ever does question it, I'd just say that I was on a budget and the courses were inexpensive.
There are tons of Liberty, BYU and Oral Roberts grads that are having no problem with their careers either academic or professional.
None of the grad schools I applied to, more than half a dozen - in a range of programs, ever asked for more than my TESU transcript. All my credits were transferred in (expect the TESU required), and I did get accepted to all that I applied. With that said, davewill's point is valid as it is highly unlikely anyone will care that there are a few courses from 'Mid America Christian University' (or any other RA school - no matter if it be a religious, for-profit, non-profit, etc). One thing is certain however, if you do ever have to provide a transcript to confirm you earned your bachelor for TESU (or any other school) it will be that school's transcript they'll want.
CanICode - Is there something about Mid America Christian University that could be discriminatory for your goals that I'm missing?
I just don't want someone who hates Christians discriminating against me by not hiring me over having that on my transcript. I know it's a bit much but I am positive some very progressive places would certainly discriminate.

I don't think that's a thing. As already stated, employers almost never need to see your actual transcripts. If they do, you're more likely to encounter the opposite problem these days: discrimination because you didn't graduate from somewhere like Liberty.

As crazy as things have gotten in the world lately. I don't blame you for being worried about being discriminated against.
I can't advise you to take measures to protect yourself against that type of discrimination without some sort of quantifiable evidence to support that it's worth it.
I do see anecdotal evidence to support that it's open season against people of faith, despite there being civil rights protections against discriminating against people of faith.
If we take the Amish, for example, I'm sure not everyone would agree we should get rid of all running water, have zero electricity, no machines, no computers, etc. But people are free in America to practice whatever religion they want, and we leave them alone. We may not stop to think that maybe some of the organic food we buy at the store is made by the Amish.
