I haven't taken it, but from what I have heard, the essay is the hardest part. And the fact that you don't know how you did for a while! But I'm sure you'll do great!

This was the 2nd CLEP i took. I went into it 100% cold (no studying). If English was your first language, and you consider yourself literate, then you'll probably have no problem. The multiple choice is pretty simple. A lot of verb agreement questions. Essay's are not particularly hard... just tedious.

I remember someone posted a link to a site where you could practice a timed essay on a randomly generated topic. Can't find it now; does anyone know where that is? I'm pretty intimidated by the essay part because I have difficulty writing, especially under pressure being timed!!
