High salary career field options ???
#11
With her experience as a GM in a restaurant, she already has HR experience. Add in her I/O psych interest and she's well on her way into a career in HR once she gets a bachelor's degree. She could easily move into a management role in HR. She would not be on her feet all day. Restaurant work is really hard on the body. She also would have weekends and holidays off and work a regular 9-5 kind of schedule if she were to move into HR. She could easily make the career change because her experience and with a degree she would most likely earn more than she does now. Many HR professionals make 6 figures. All depends on your location.
