@Lorvey, your questions are confusing and redundant... This is how it would go down, you apply for the BABA PM & IS concentration, you ask to add the Associate and Certificate as additional programs. Each of them will have a certificate/diploma at the end of the program, your transcripts are all in their system, it might show each associates, bachelors, certificate and every course you transferred and completed from them.
All transferred credit will go towards each one, by completing your bachelors at UMPI, you have the residency requirements fulfilled for the associates and certificate programs. The only thing is, you need to make sure all the requirements are complete for each one just in case, thus, you have 'extra' classes to hit all requirements. Here are the following info and links:
