Help with foundations of gerontology! ece practice exams

I took my first excelsior practice exam a couple of weeks ago and took it completely cold(without any studying) to see where I was at initially and made a 57. Well, for the last couple of weeks I've been studying, pretty much exclusively, the InstantCert flash cards and have gotten to where i can go through and answer all of them in each section. Well, my test is tomorrow(Oct. 20th) and I took my 2nd excelsior practice test today and only made a 63. Now I'm worried. Is it normal not to do well on these exams? Ive heard that sometimes the practice exams are more difficult than the real thing. Anybody have any last minute test taking or study advice? I'm really freaking out now about only scoring 6 points higher than my cold test.
