Help with University of the Cumberlands Application

For those of you who have transferred their ACE credit, did you input the organization on the "School History" form? I'm trying to apply as a transfer student with Sophia Learning being my source of college credit. I don't have a highschool diploma and I know if you don't have atleast 10 transfer credits, you're required to put your highschool.

Please fill in the addendum and template here, the more details the better we'll be equipped and understand your situation. It seems you're applying for a degree but don't have a high school diploma and just have Sophia.org to transfer...
