No. Every degree requires a minimum of 120 credits. If you look at the courses you'll see that there are different blocks of classes.

There are 40 credits required to fill the GEC. These are general education requirements. Being from outside the US you won't have this completed.

I can't say if those mathematics classes you've taken will transfer in for the GEC math requirements. I would guess that they'll be general electives.
