The Health & Wellness Liberal Studies degree is a difficult one to get via alternate means. I would suggest taking a look at https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...egree_Plan and choosing either no concentration or a concentration that uses as many Coopersmith courses as possible for the UL credits. Coopersmith courses don't have essays, though their exams may have "essay questions" where you have to type 1-5 sentences on the topic in question.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Thank you for your response rachel83az!
I do not need a concentration. I am totally onboard with Liberal Arts, no concentration.

In that case, have a look at https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ts_Roadmap as well. I would suggest setting up a spreadsheet so that you can keep track of what goes where.
Another possible option, though you would have to write a couple of essays, would be to get a Psych degree instead of a Liberal Studies degree. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...egree_Plan Most requirements can be filled with exams (UExcels, TECEPs, CLEPs, Coopersmith).

Since you are a NJ resident, you're probably better off with a degree from TESU than UMPI, and the price may not be a ton more. FT/FR Tuition for in-state is $3579 for a single 16cr term; you'd take the cornerstone, capstone, 3 3-cr courses and 1 1cr course. Unfortunately, you've already taken all the easy ePack courses, but I'd still seriously consider this, even if you end up taking a course like MAT-105: Applied Liberal Arts Math as a regular course (easy since you've already taken 3 math courses harder than it); MAT-115 Intermediate Algebra for the same reasons; and whatever else you can do that's easy.
Dumb question, but why were you allowed to take English Comp 2? By any chance do you have AP credits for English Comp 1?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For TESU's BALS, here's what you need to take (in addition to what you already have planned):
an Ethics course
a Civic Engagement course
a SocSci/Hum/History course
5 UL courses that will work in Liberal Arts (so SocSci/Hum/History)
4 200-level Liberal Arts courses
5 Free Electives
Easy options at Sophia:
Ethics
Intro to Ethics (PHI-180)
200-level BALS courses
Conflict Resolution (COM-299)
Visual Communications (COM-231)
Ancient Greek Philosophers (PHI-226)
Environmental Science (ENS-200)
Study.com or Coopersmith are your easiest options for UL, Study.com will be cheaper.
If you want a BALS w/concentration in Psych, you could easily do that; but it's not necessary if you don't want it.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For UMPI's BLS w/any concentration, here's what you need to take:
Easy options at Sophia:
Ethics
Intro to Ethics (PHI-180)
Environmental Science (ENS-200)
ICC
American Government
Spanish
14cr of Free Electives (generally Sophia)
$1400 for 1 term, $2800 for 2 terms

UMPI is mostly papers and the OP hates writing essays so I wouldn't recommend UMPI. I'd stick with TESU especially since they already have credits completed there.

@tj.on.the.way - just wondering, do you have tuition assistance or reimbursement from work? Any other commitments? I noticed you used the template, I just updated that template page to have people provide more details. I also recommend taking TESU 16 credits for removing the residency waiver fee since you have 3 credits from them, the TECEPS don't count for residency. However, advice and suggestions change if your situation changes... so, the more details, the better.

My Eng comp 1 credits were from an that is now defunct. The CC accepted the credits, and I was allowed to take Eng Comp 2. TESU did not .

Budget: I'd like to go the cheapest route possible, but will consider spending more for easy and fast. Budget is not an issue.
Commitments: I currently work full time and can work on my studies at any time. (yes even at work)
Dedicated time to study: I can study as much as is needed
Timeline: Finishing the courses required for the degree as fast as possible would be ideal. I would like to finish within 1-1.5 years (12-18 months)
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: No tuition reimbursement.
I'd rather study for a test. Test-out
Dislike essay's, term papers.
Would probably be okay with technical writing
Could I take College Math and receive 6 credits that will be counted toward degree?
I have an account at SDC.

@tj.on.the.way, It seems you're a very good candidate for an Associates & Bachelors at TESU. I would recommend doing the 16 credits at TESU for residency requirements and also to hit a second degree if you wanted. You're right now sandwiched in between a BALS NSM or no concentration and a BSBA with an AOS with your choice. Really depends on what you need and want... to answer your question "Could I take College Math and receive 6 credits that will be counted toward degree?" - Yes, take the CLEP Math for 6 lower level credits... https://tesu.smartcatalogiq.com/Current/...CLEP-Exams

I'm confused about the residency requirement. I thought it was residence in New Jersey?
